Restore Stability & Confidence With Full-Mouth Implants

When you choose our practice, you benefit from Dr. Alvin Daboul's years of experience. In fact, he even trains other dentists in implant procedures. We're so confident you'll love your results, we have an implant guarantee. You'll also benefit from:

  • Advanced Technology - We use advanced technology such as our 3-D CT scanner to create a treatment plan that restores your teeth with Zimmer implants.
  • Natural-Looking Teeth - Because of our high-quality materials, others won't notice your new teeth aren't natural. They'll just notice your gorgeous grin!
  • Stronger Bite - We can replace all the teeth on either or both jaws, giving you back stronger chewing power and better oral function.
  • Improved Stability - Our full arch on four service requires only four implants per arch. We place two implants in a vertical position and two implants at precise angles per arch. This placement allows for greater stability and strength. You'll enjoy your new teeth for many years without problems.

Experience Gentle Care With the Help of Sedation Dentistry

At The Implant Center at North Oaks Dental, you'll receive expert treatment in the most relaxing environment possible. In addition to longer appointment times, headphones with music, and private operatories, sedation options are available. They include:

  • Inhaled Sedation - Laughing gas will immediately put you in a more relaxed state. You'll feel slightly euphoric and maybe a little giddy.
  • Oral Conscious Sedation - We'll prescribe a small pill for you to take ahead of time. During your appointment, you feel completely relaxed.
  • IV Sedation - You'll lie back relaxed in a "twilight" state and likely won't remember anything about your appointment afterward.

You'll love having a brand-new smile with our full arch on four implants in Royal Oak. Early evening and Saturday appointments available!

I have had the good fortune of having Dr Alvin Daboul as my dentist in Royal Oak, MI for almost ten years. He, Natalia, and Dayna, and his phenomenal staff have provided terrific care to my family and friends, fixing lots of broken teeth, performing extractions, root canals and crowns, and installing over six implants on me— all successful, and pain-free. I completely trust his work, and his advice. Dr Daboul is outstanding. I highly recommend The Implant Center at North Oaks Dental.

Common Questions About Full Arch on Four Implants

Are full arch on four implants safe?

Yes, this is a safe procedure when performed by professionals who have been trained to offer this service. This treatment is as effective as traditional implant placement options for keeping your new teeth securely in place. Like other implant procedures, this can preserve the health of your jaw, too, which is better for your long-term oral health.

What is recovery time for full arch on four implants?

Since only four implants are used for this procedure, you'll enjoy a faster recovery than treatments that require more implants. Unlike other types of implants, you will receive an arch of teeth the same day you receive your implants. You can eat and smile with these temporary replacements during the healing process. When implants are fully healed, you'll return to our office to receive the final arch.

Are full arch on four implants painful?

We will administer local anesthesia to numb your mouth prior to your full arch on four procedure. This should eliminate any discomfort. However, if you're worried about pain, you can also receive sedation. Most patients can control the minor pain they feel after the procedure with over-the-counter medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Discomfort typically won't last more than a day or two.
